Making Disclosure A Reality For Healthcare Organizations

Litigation & Risk Consulting and Patient/Family Crisis Hotline from Sorry Works!

This month Sorry Works! launched our Litigation & Risk Consulting Service and the Patient/Family Crisis Hotline.  These new offerings will provide help to people in the field, whether they be healthcare or legal professionals, or patients/families faced with an adverse event.

If you need help reviewing a case, thinking how disclosure & apology could calm the waters, reviewing a settlement proposal, editing a disclosure policy, or anything else, we are here to help risk, legal, claims, and c-suite professionals navigate the choppy waters of adverse medical events.  We will provide independent and outside-the-box thinking to your risk and litigation efforts.

If you are a patient or family who has experienced an adverse medical event and don't know what to do next, we can help with a sympathetic, experienced ear.  We can help organize your thinking and discuss different options, including seemingly outside-the-box possibilities.

Lastly, here's a recent radio interview of Sorry Works! Founder Doug Wojcieszak by patient safety advocate Pat Rullo. Doug and Pat discuss the Patient/Family Crisis Hotline, including the new booklet "Did the Doctor Make a Mistake?"

Sincerely,

- Doug
